This is the main entry point for the translation from Java to JavaScript. Starts from a Java AST and constructs a JavaScript AST while collecting other useful information that is used in subsequent passes.

Parameters:

logger - a TreeLogger

program - a Java AST

jsProgram - an (empty) JavaScript AST

symbolTable - an (empty) symbol table that will be populated here

Returns:

A pair containing a JavaToJavaScriptMap and a Set of JsFunctions that need to be considered for inlining.
