A cache that finds compilation unit instances in a library group.
Removals are not supported since libraries are immutable and the removals would only be needed if library contents were invalid.

find

Finds and returns the compilation unit for the type name referenced in the provided ContentId.
Normally ContentId based lookups are expected to point at a particular revision of a type. But when sourcing compilation units from a LibraryGroup there is only one version of any compilation unit and that version is by definition "most current".

Lookup a CompilationUnit by resource path. This should include any path prefix that may have been stripped to reroot the resource.
Contained CompilationUnits must be keyed on this combination of path prefix and path to avoid collision when reusing a UnitCache instance between compiles that do and do not SuperSource a given class.
